Some Basic Questions Asked From Us !

How do I get to the hotel?

Prepaid Taxi: Available at the Airport for Rs.350–400/- directly to the hotel.

  • Airport Express Metro: Take the Airport Express Line to Aerocity Metro Station. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the station.
  • Hotel Airport Transfer: We provide 24-hour pick-up & drop-off service to and from both International and Domestic terminals.
    • Pick-up: Rs.500 + Rs.450 Airport Parking (per cab, max 3 persons with 2–3 bags)
    • Drop-off: Rs.350 per cab
    Advance booking is required. Please share your flight details at hoteltheterminal@gmail.com for confirmation. Payment can be made at the hotel front desk.
    • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in Time: Standard check-in is from 12:00 PM on the day of arrival. Arrivals before 6:00 AM will be billed from the previous night. For arrivals after 6:00 AM and before 12:00 Noon, early check-in is possible (subject to availability) at Rs.100/- per hour.

    Check-out Time: Standard check-out is 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability. Charges are Rs.100/- per hour until 6:00 PM. After 6:00 PM, a full-day tariff will apply.

    Do you have a shuttle service to and from the Airport?

    Airport Shuttle Service: The hotel provides 24-hour pick-up and drop-off service to and from both International and Domestic terminals at Delhi Airport.

    Fares:

    • Pick-up: Rs.500/- + Rs.450/- Airport Parking (per cab, up to 3 persons with 2–3 bags)

    Is breakfast included in the room tariff?

    Continental and Indian Breakfast is included in Super Deluxe, served from 07:30 am to 10:30 am.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Please note that rates are subject to Government Taxes.

    Do you require ID Proof?

    Foreign nationals must carry valid passport with Indian visa and Indian nationals must carry a valid Government-issued Photo Identification Proof at the time of check-in. (Pan Card is not acceptable).
